1. What is my Security Number?
Your Security Number or C2V code is a specail code that appears on the back of your payment card. The security number is used to help combat 'card not present' fraud. The security number bears no relation to the card number on the front of your card. This helps combat fraud since a user needs access to both card number and secuirty number to make a successful payment.
2. Where is my Security Number located?
It is located on the back of your payment card, printed on by your signature. Only the last 3 digits need to be entered in the payment form.
3. I am using American Express. Where is my Security Number?
American Express cards have the secuirty printed on the front of the card. The security number appears as four digits printed in black and are not engraved. Please note that for American Express cards all 4 digits need to be entered.
